The wait is over! The debut single from THAT GIRL DJ - Mi Casa Su Casa - is finally out!!!
We're extremely proud to be releasing the debut single from Boomslang favourite, DJ, and now producer That Girl DJ! “Mi Casa Su Casa” is a rocking blend of tech-funk breaks, housey 4x4 beats and all-round sassiness in the way only That Girl DJ can bring. An electronic bubbling bassline and crisp, punchy beats drive the track along switching to a more driving bassline once the main riff drops. Tried and tested on dancefloors all over, this one is a bone-fide crowd pleaser!
On remix duties there was only one man on our wish list – Sam Hell. Fresh from releases such as Stay Out All Night, and the anthemic Bone Snow on Sinister, the man himself turns in a stunning remix utilising chopped up elements of the original, some serious slap bass and his own trademark fat beats. This one did serious damage at Boomslang on the day we received it and will be doing so all across dancefloors worldwide.
Last but not least, another newcomer to the label, Karl Sav, turns in a bouncy 80's-esque remix using lots of the original track and adding his own flavour of melody and Stanton's style beats, and a great gurnerific lift! His collaboration with Nikita ‘No Doubt’, released on Re:Connect in March this year, was a huge hit among DJ’s all over the globe, and he was always on the list of people we wanted to work on this package.
Big support from Diverted, Robosapiens, Jay Cunning, Plaza De Funk, Stylus Rex, Jariten and many more!
