Stir was Great!!!
We Had Great Fun Friday as Stir@Heaven... and many listeners have been there in the
Breaksday tent with us... as Nsbradio was broadcasting it...
Some Problems in the first 2 hrs have been luckily solved by the Boss, Jimmy
allowing the broadcast to go smooth... Great Night... Great Music.


This week show
Johan Blende The Man of the Moment... He remixed the Klaxons, released on Spinout,
Lot49, Used and Abused and many others. I really like his style... and I found the way to capture him
for this Thursday... an Highheels Session not to miss...



Kitchen Corner


PastaBake

* Pasta (skiaffoni Conkiglioni.. etc)
* Mozzarella Cheese... a Lot!
* Parmisan Cheese a bit
* Chopped tomatoes
* 1 onion
* Extra virgin Olive Oil
* Salt, Coarse Salt 1 Veg Stock Cube

Chop the Onion and put it to fry in Olive Oil, fry it slowly then add the Chopped tomatoes, chop the mozzarella and grate the parmisan cheese...
Put a large saucepan on fire full of water and proper amount of coarse salt, when boiling put the pasta (conchiglioni, skiaffoni or other one...) cook half time, dry out and mix in an oven tray with the tomato sauce, mozzarella and cover with a bit of grated parmesan cheese...
Cook in oven mark 7 till crispy...
Get Stuffed.
