Monkfish asparagus and tyme wrapped in bacon
* Monkfish Tail (1 for 2 people)
* 10 Asparagus
* 8 smoked bacon slices
* fresh tyme
* extra virgin olive oil
* salt
* pepper
Boil the Asparagus for 6 min in salted water, then cut the monkfish tail
(properly cleaned) in 2 long slices. Trim the asparagus. Put on the fish slices
5 asparagus, some tyme, salt pepper an a bit of oil, then wrap in bacon.
Preheat the Oven mark 7, then in a metallic tray, heat some oil, make it really hot,
and put the 2 monkfish wrap to fry to make the bacon crisp, then put in the oven for 10 mins....
Delicious!
