This week show

I have to say I love to mix... and it is nice to have 2 hours to play, giving
me the opportunity to dig a bit in the beloved vinyl, let's see what I'll find for this
week...

Kitchen Corner

Hot Mixed ShellFish
(for 2 people)
* 1.5 Kg of Mixed Shellfish
* 1 Yellow Pepper
* 2 Shallots
* 2 cl of garlic
* 1 Scotch Bonnet
* 1 Leek
* extra virgin olive oil
* 2 tsp of single cream
* salt
* 1/2 Glass og white wine

Put the ShellFish in Salted water to release the sand for 1 hr.
Chop the garlic with the Scotch Bonnet and put to fry slowly
in olive oil in a deep pan, after 5 min add the shallots
and the pepper and leek sliced, and after 3 min add the salt and cover
to cook for 5 min.
Add the ShellFish, white Wine and cover, steam for 8 min... Ready!
