Kitchen Corner
Pasta with Asparagus and Camambert
(for 4 people)
Asparagus 400 gr
3 banana shallots
Camambert gr.200
Extra virgin Olive oil
Salt (coarse and fine), pepper
Boil the asparagus in salted water for 8 mins, then trim and cut in small pieces.
Chop the Shallots and fry them slowly in oil, add the asparagus and cook slowly for
10 mins. Add Salt and pepper and shitch off.
Cook the pasta al dente and mix with the sauce and the camambert you've sliced in
small cubes... delicious!!!
Ahhhh ... Just not to forget.
