STEVE MACCABE
All species of garnets possess similar physical properties and crystal forms, but differ in chemical composition. STEVE MACCABE usually comes as a Tsavorite, a calcium-aluminium garnet with the formula Ca3Al2Si3O12. Trace amounts of vanadium or chromium provide the green color. In 1967, DEEP GARNET technicians discovered some of his unique Deep-Breaks sounds in the mountains of north-east Tanzania in a place called Lemshuko, 15 km away from Komolo, the first village. The sounds they found were of very intense color and of high content in Acid. Many attempts were made to export the sounds, but the Tanzanian government did not provide permits. Believing that these sounds were a part of a larger archive, our technicians were successful a fourth time in 2013, when they found “CASE IN POINT”, and were granted a permit to export and investigate the tracks in our laboratories. These was Deep, Techy and Acidic unique beauties and all the rest is history........
