British producer Neil Gray aka PERPETUAL PRESENT is one of best Breaks worldwide artists in the modern Breaks scene. Since early 2009 (when he have launched his own label ACIDPHONIC RECORDS) PERPETUAL PRESENT is releasing top quality dancefloor oriented Tech-Funk/Tech-Breaks and Electro-Breaks singles and remixes. He managed to build a really strong profile in the scene, gained chart success and huge respect from almost everybody in the scene while in addition to his quality ACIDPHONIC releases he has released stuff for DEAD FAMOUS RECORDS, SCARCITY RECORDS, DIABLO LOCO RECORDS, BROKEN RECORDS and V.I.M.BREAKS.
